Internship Sharing with Mr Gerald Wong, CFA - 2023

On the 20th of January 2023, the NUS PPE Club held an internship sharing, with distinguished guest Mr Gerald Wong, CFA — Founder and CEO of Beansprout, gracing the session.

Mr Gerald Wong, CFA — Founder and CEO of Beansprout, an investment advisory startup that aims to help millennials improve their financial wellness. Former Head of Research at Credit Suisse for over a decade.

The programme started off with a talk by Mr Gerald Wong on tips for acquiring internships. Thereafter, it transitioned into a feedback session on sample resumés, followed by a live Q&A. Our PPE students raised insightful queries on how to gain an edge when applying for internships, and undoubtedly walked away with an enriched knowledge!

Furthermore, a perk of this event was a free Linkedin Headshot for each attendee. Each participant who requested for one walked away with a professional image of themselves to use for their Linkedin profiles!
