PrePPEd! AY21/22 Sem 2 Career Seminar
On 26th and 28th January 2022, the 3rd PPE Club organized the second installment of PrePPEd! This time, the event featured a career exploration seminar for PPE majors to interact with many distinguished speakers from various industries, ranging from the civil service, to finance and research. Our guests shared their various experiences so our participants could gain insights into their future career pathways.
This event took place over two days, featuring the following speakers:

Dang-Dao Nguyen — Consultant at United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation
Deborah Ho — Country Head for Singapore and Head of South East Asia at Blackrock
28th Jan (Friday)
Joanne Wong — Senior Manager, Strategy & Masterplanning at Smart Nation and Digital Government Office under Prime Minister's Office
Raghav Mathur — Credit Research Analyst at Asian Institute of Digital Finance, National University of Singapore
Shiqin 'Eddie' Choo — Futures Thinking Instructor and Research Associate at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy
Nadia Ahmad Samdin —Counsel & Project Leader at Tri-Sector Associates, Member of Parliament
During this event, NUS PPE majors were able to learn more about these industries firsthand from these distinguished professionals. We learned more about what it takes to break into and succeed in these industries, as well as what motivates the speakers to pursue such industry paths.✨
